Extra Space in Cinco Ranch is a proposed multi-story climate controlled self storage facility on the northwest corner of the Westpark Tollway and Mason Road in Katy, Texas. It is located within the boundaries of Cinco Ranch which is one of the oldest and most successful master planned communities in Houston. The project as planned will contain 385 individual spaces ranging in size form 5’ x 10’ to 20’ x 30’ with rental rates starting at around $1.00 per foot.
