The Residences at Woodland Hills will be a three-story Class A garden-style apartment community with 299 units, located on 16.6 acres of land. The Residences at Woodland Hills is located at the northwest corner of Beltway 8 and Woodland Hills Drive, in the northeastern sector of Houston. The George Bush Intercontinental Airport, located approximately five miles northwest of the subject, ranks 3rd in the United States among U.S. airports with scheduled non-stop domestic and international service (over 181 destinations).
