Project Overview: Claremont purchased the building in December 2003 and completed $1,400,000 in renovations in the third quarter of 2003 and leasing began. Renovations included but were not limited to new: A/C systems, entry, elevator retro fit, tenant build out, restrooms, and common area. Currently we own and operate this property and now enjoy 98% occupancy (August 2008) with a well diversified tenant base.
